Thank You God

I found this and it says it all:

Thank you God for the garden you gave me, when all I asked for was a flower.

Thank you God for the ocean, when all I asked for was some rain.

Thank you God for the beauty you have created, when all I asked for was to see.

Thank you God for the multitude of friends in my life, when all I asked for was love.

Thank you God for all that I have received from you and most of all, that I know I am never alone, for You are always here beside me.

I love you God and am not afraid to share this with the world and spread your love.

Box of Love

I was given a gift and this gift is why I built this blog. I believe this gift is to be shared with the world. It is to be given to every single person that will receive it.  It is the Box of Love. Now that you have been given this gift, you must know how to use it.

I recommend that you first use this box at night as you are resting your mind, trying to go to sleep. After this first use, I think you will find that the Box of Love will show itself to you throughout your daily life. I think you will be amazed.

Directions:

As you lay down to sleep at night, close your eyes and relax. Ease your body by taking several deep breaths. Let go of the day. Now picture yourself by a stream in a forest. This forest is vivid in color, sights and sounds. You hear the stream gently careen as you take in the astounding beauty of your surroundings. It’s so beautiful. So perfect. Brilliant.

As you are feeling yourself becoming a part of this incredible scene, you look down and you see a box. It is nothing special, just a wooden box like any other. It’s just big enough so that you could step into it.

You notice that the box has a very heavy, solid lid. Then you notice that this lid is golden. Solid gold. Pure. You didn’t notice this at first. You begin to realize that this box is not as ordinary as it first appeared. In fact, you begin to realize that it radiates a warmth like you have never experienced before. You feel pure love. Comfort. Peace. You are overwhelmed with your emotions. Then you feel it beckon to you.

It’s almost like the box is talking to you, but not in words. It’s communicating only with vibration, emotion. Yet you seem to understand its message. You understand this is a gift like no other you could possibly have imagined. You are humbled. Thankful. Gracious.

You begin to understand that this box wants you to put things into it. Important things.

Standing in front of you now is the single most important person in your life. They look at you with eyes of warmth and complete affection and love. It’s so good to see them. You extend your hands and they theirs. And you hold each others hands for a moment. Tenderly. The feeling is beyond what words can explain and enters a realm of complete emotion.

Now hug and embrace this person like you will never see them again. That’s right. This is your goodbye. Your final chance to let them know how important they are in your life. How much they mean to you. No words are spoken. Only love is exchanged. Now take their hand and help them step into the box. They turn and give you a final smile of reassurance that they will be fine. And now this great person in your life is gone. Vanished into the box.

Next, begin to go through other extremely important people in your life. Following the same process. Do this over and over again. People that are still with you and people that have already left. All the people that have touched your life. If you have too many people, it’s OK to see them as a group. It’s your Box of Love. Use it as you need to.

Now it’s time to move on to people that you have trouble with in your life. An angry neighbor. A brother or sister that you have constant arguments with. The person or people that really affect your life in a negative way. Follow the same process as before. Only now it is vitally important to not see them as problems in your life, but to see them as gifts. Blessings to you. You now love them as much as you love those that are most important to you. Give them all your heart, understanding and feel as sad to see them go as those closest to you. Love them deeply, gently and gracefully escort them into your box. They look back at you as they enter with the same loving look as the most important people in your life did. You are reassured that they will be fine. This fills you with warmth and you are touched.

You have now escorted all the people in your life, close and problematic, into your gifted box. We are not done yet!

The box beckons for more and you become aware of what it wants. It wants all your joys, sorrows, stresses, worries, pleasures, pains, good times, bad times, bills, financial woes, loves and losses. So identify them. Look at them. Love and embrace them. They are gifts. You are blessed by having them! You now become aware of how fortunate you are for having all these things in your life. It amazes you.

Now bundle them all up. It can be in a ball, a stack of papers, photos, whatever works best for you. Whatever form these things take, they are now resting in your palms. Look at them. Love them. Embrace them. Be thankful for them. Your are overwhelmed by their presence in your hands. With all the love and tenderness you have, gently place them in the box. You are struck with a sense of security and calmness as they begin to vanish. They are now gone.

Take a moment to wrap up any other odds and ends that you may have in your life. Your ego, your sense of self, your arrogance, your self-pity, your self-righteousness. Any other piece of you. It all goes into the box. You are left all alone surrounded by the most incredibly beautiful serenity of nature that you can possibly imagine. It’s just you and the box.

You become aware that you no longer need your clothing, so you remove it because it no longer feels natural. You are standing there as you came into the world. Naked, without knowledge, without worries and fears. You look down at yourself and see the perfection that you are. There are no flaws. It does not matter what your body shape is. It is you and you are stunningly beautiful. You realize how fortunate you are to be yourself and you are so thankful. You are so blessed.

The box begins to call out to you again. It wants more of you. You understand and you step away from your flesh. It’s now standing in front you. It looks back at you with pure love and warmth in it’s eyes as it steps into the box. You watch as the beautiful, perfect flesh of you steps into eternity. It is gone forever. The solid gold lid closes gently.

You are completely alone now. You are just essence. A warm glowing, pulsing form of energy. Your life, all you hold onto, all you love, all you dislike, all you have learned and all you have forgotten, is gone. You are now just pure, spirit, energy.

The beautiful scenery surrounding you begins to fade away. The sounds of that astounding nature get further and further away.  What was vivid color and stunning beauty is now fading to total and utter darkness.  You look down and see the Earth. It gets smaller and smaller as you speed off into the darkness.

You see our solar system, our galaxy. Then you see the entire universe and you feel its sheer size. You understand that you are really just a speck of nothingness in the big picture of it all. You watch as the entire universe fades out of sight. You now feel complete emptiness. Devoid of all things, thoughts, sights, sounds, feelings. It’s all gone. It’s just you and your box and darkness.

You begin to feel again. You feel a presence. Subtle at first. Like a distant memory. Like a gentle tap on your shoulder. You feel it coming closer and getting more powerful. You can tell it is beyond ancient and is newer than life itself. You feel that it is everything and that it’s eternal. You feel it’s immense and total power. You are in complete awe. Humbled to your core essence. You feel it’s complete love and that it is connected to every single thing. Every last atom of every last thing.

You are in the presence of the Creator of everything and you realize how much this entity cares about you. It cherishes you. Everything about you. Your successes, your failures. You have never felt so connected to anything, nor will you ever again.

Your Box of Love floats up in front of you. You see what it is now. It is all of you. Every last part of you and your life. You see how precious it is. You feel how much the Great Creator cares about this box. You feel that the Creator would be honored to receive this box as a gift. So you give this simple plain wooden box to the entity that has surrounded you.

You see the box dissipate into an untold amount of light beams that are all taken in by the Creator.  You feel overjoyed that you could be loved so much and a complete sense of calm and security washes over you. You feel that all your problems, all your life and everyone in it are now in the hands of all that is, all that was, and all that will ever be.

You know that no matter what happens, no matter what obstacles you have to overcome, no matter what you need, it will all be alright, because you and all that is in your life, is in the hands of God. All will be cared for. You are thankful, honored, humbled and you know how absolutely blessed you really are. It is breathtaking!

You feel God smile. You have made the Great Creator happy by giving your life and all that is important to you…to it. You never knew. Now you do. You can go in peace now. You can go to sleep. You will always have your Box of Love and God will always want to keep it warm for you. You can use it whenever you want. As many times as you want. It costs you nothing. God’s love is free.

Now sleep. Sleep soundly. Sleep in peace. God is with you.

As you lay in bed at night, use your Box of Love for one week. Then, let us know how you are affected. Let us know how it has touched your life. Share your experiences.

I truly believe this gift was directly from our Creator. It came to me because I asked God what I could do to help, what I could do to show my thanks for the blessings in my life. This entire Box of Love concept literally popped right into my mind. It is a gift. Use it with all your heart. Share it with all your love.
